Job Description
1. Printing, Delivering & Collection of History Forms
2. Printing of Med Ex Forms & on-time delivering of the forms to the teams or schools.
3. On time delivering and collection of payment and Invoice.
4. On time delivering the parent reports
5. Maintenance & updating of school team Equipment’s and indent register.
1. Collection of cash and depositing in the bank
2. Maintenance of clinic indent register
1. Assisting and coordinating with supervisor to set up the Infirmary
2. Supply of equipment and consumables as per the checklist
3. Maintenance of Register of Stock of medicine.
4. Delivering of medicines and consumables as per indent twice a month to each school.
1. Depositing cash and cheques to the banks.
2. Maintenance & updating of stock registers
3. Keep sufficient stock of medicines and consumables for distribution at all times.
4. Take care of office work
In Summary, the role will have to coordinate and assist the Operations Manager to meet Targets and smooth functioning of Operations.Job Particulars
