Job Summary:  We require an office boy for our office work (Only Male Candidates).

Responsibilities and Duties:  An office boy position is an entry-level one. Office boys perform various basic administrative duties. His duties vary depending on the business office environment.

• 2-wheeler driving knowledge is a must with license
• Attending Guests, Serving beverages & snacks
• Cafeteria – Prepare beverages & serve to staffs
• Maintain office premises clean
• Handling files and papers, expenses list
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
• Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
• Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties
• Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels
• Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties
• Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office
• Make arrangements for meetings
• Responsible for purchase of office items
• Bank work, delivery work, etc.,

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
• 10th /12th Standard with basic office skills.

• Salary:           8,000.00 to 10,000.00 /month
• Experience:  1 year (Preferred)
• Education:    Secondary (10th Pass) (Preferred)
