An established software development company, headquartered in Tirunelveli is looking for an Office boy / Peon to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Cleaning entire workplace
- Serving Water, Tea or Coffee to walk-in Customer & Guest.
- Deliveries or buying materials from the market may be required.
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Helping organize and maintain an office in common areas.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- High school.
- Experience in a related field.
- Ability to write clearly and help with it , when necessary.
- Warm personality.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
