Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Boy to join our team. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the office, assisting with administrative tasks, serving refreshments to staff and guests, handling minor errands, and supporting the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
This role is essential for keeping the office environment clean, well-organized, and supportive of professional work culture. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, punctual, well-mannered, and ready to assist wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises including reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and workstations.
- Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests as required.
- Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and delivering files to concerned team members.
- Manage and restock pantry items and office supplies as needed.
- Provide support during company events or property site visits.
- Follow health and safety protocols and company policies.
