Job Description

Packing books/ kits to send for courier, Carrying boxes from 2nd floor to ground floor, Preparing Tea, Going for purchasing items.

Responsibilities:

• Clean the office at the start of the day.

• Welcoming visitors

• Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.

• Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption

• Answers the telephone if necessary.

• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.

• Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern.

• Assisting office staff as requested.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Jolly and trustworthy personality.

• Good physical condition to walk.

• Good physical and mental stamina.

• Good listening and time management skills.

• Highly energetic and motivated.

• Ability to work at long hours(In case of need).

• Ability to delegating multiple tasks.
