Job Description
The Office Boy will be responsible for general office support and day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth functioning of the office. This role includes tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, and supporting administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:-
Serve tea/coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, pantry, and washrooms.

Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing documents, files, and packages.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Purchase office consumables and groceries when required.

Help in setting up meeting rooms and arranging necessary items.

Run office errands such as banking, post office, or courier services.

Support admin team in small office-related tasks.

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.

Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred.

Basic knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene practices.

Ability to follow instructions and maintain punctuality.

Honest, reliable, and respectful behavior.
-
Physical stamina and a neat appearance.
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Compensation:As per company norms and experience.
