Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea and coffee to office staff and guests as per their preferences and requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the office premises at all times by conducting regular cleaning activities including floor cleaning, dusting, and organizing.
- Maintain the pantry area by keeping it tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies, such as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk.
- Assist staff in basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning documents, and filing paperwork as requested.
- Manage the disposal of office waste by ensuring timely removal of trash and recycling materials following the office's waste management policies.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of daily activities by running errands such as delivering messages, parcels, or documents within the office premises or to nearby locations.
- Support the office manager in organizing and setting up meeting rooms by arranging chairs, tables, and equipment as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and notify the office manager when stock replenishment is needed.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of preparing tea and coffee and maintaining office hygiene standards.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving furniture, standing for extended periods, and handling cleaning equipment.
- Good communication skills to interact with office staff and visitors effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable, and possessing a strong attention to detail to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Willingness to learn new skills and undertake additional responsibilities as required by the office.
- Perform daily cleaning activities to ensure the office environment remains neat and orderly.
- Provide hospitality services by preparing and serving refreshments to staff and guests.
- Assist with logistical tasks such as setting up venues for meetings and events within the office.
- Conduct errands and handle in-office tasks to support the efficient functionality of the workplace.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and pantry inventory effectively, ensuring prompt restocking when necessary.
