Opening for office boy for Goregaon and Vashi store in Mumbai
Qualification 10th / 12th
Gender - Male / Female
Age: 18 to 45 yrs
Location: Dadar, Goregaon and Vashi store
Salary: 10,000/- to 15,000/-
Job timing: 10.30am -9pm
Need staff from near by Dadar, Goregaon and Vashi and can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clerical & Administrative Support
-
Assist store personnel with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
-
Deliver documents or materials to other departments or vendors as directed.
-
Organize and maintain files, records, and inventory-related paperwork.
-
Support the store manager or supervisor with basic office tasks such as data entry or updating manual logs.
2. Store & Inventory Assistance
-
Help in the unloading and unpacking of goods received in the store.
-
Carry out sorting, labeling, and placing items on shelves or storage racks as instructed.
-
Assist in physical stock counting and maintaining order in storage areas.
-
Notify storekeeper or manager of low-stock levels or misplaced items.
3. Cleaning & Housekeeping
-
Ensure cleanliness of the store office, storeroom, shelves, racks, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, and dust workspaces regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
-
Clean pantry areas, dispose of waste properly, and manage basic maintenance like replacing light bulbs or checking supplies.
4. Serving & Errand Duties
-
Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff, visitors, and management during meetings or throughout the day.

Refill supplies such as water bottles, tea ingredients, and store stationery.

Run general errands such as delivering mail, picking up office supplies, or collecting items from nearby vendors.

Assist in transporting small packages or items between departments, if needed.
5. Safety & Support Tasks
-
Ensure walkways are clear and store areas are safe and free from obstacles.
-
Assist in following basic store safety protocols and support during emergency procedures.

Report any damages, breakages, or maintenance needs to the store in-charge.
