Role and Responsibilities for Office Boy 

1. Timing-9:00AM to 6:30PM

2. Well behaved and groomed

3. Clean-

· Floor clean

· Table

· Computers

· Printer

· Other Electronics Items

· Cafeteria

4. Open all windows

5. Watering plants

6. Get Milk from outside

    Preparation of Tea/ Coffee (Two times- 10:30AM and 4:30PM)

7. Whenever sir comes, immediately provide coffee/ tea

8. Offer tea/coffee in case any guest comes to office

9. Wash utensils immediately

10. Change water in the bottle regularly

11. Saturday:

Deep clean (Glass, window)

12. Bathroom Clean

· 3 times/ week

· Monday

· Wednesday

· Friday

13. Invoice/ Collection and Dropping of Cheque / Documents submission at Client/ Bank/ Reference Address.

14. Client interaction

15. No personal interaction with anyone.
