Job Description
* Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
*Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors when required
*Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic document delivery
*Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events
*Deliver documents within and outside the office when required
*Monitor and restock pantry, stationery, and office supplies
*Support office staff with basic administrative and clerical tasks
*Ensure office equipment and common areas are properly maintained
*Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards
