Job Description
· Bank deposit (Cheque / cash if any) all bank related work (Personal / Official).
· Visit to city market for material/ cheque / material /material loading / unloading.
· Unloading of material at warehouse Wagholi.
· Payment collections (Pending in local).
· Office Cleaning and housekeeping in absence of Housekeeping Staff.
· Personal work in regards to Directors.
· Courier work.
· Office filing, printing, scanning & assisting in office work when required.
· Site visiting with Service Engineer in Pune or Mumbai.
· Bill Payments of Vodafone, Airtel, Electricity bill, Poona club and boat club.
· Serving water/tea/coffee to the guests and all the employees.
· Coordinating with Admin executive if any official function will be there.
· Cheque collection from the clients.
