Office cleaning, calling , showing properly all building for rental and sale . Also basic computer. One must also come by themself and there is a option for commission per sale depending upon your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance & Support:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Ensure all furniture, equipment, and office supplies are well-maintained.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Run small errands such as bank work, document handling, or office shopping.

Calling & Customer Handling:

  • Make and receive calls related to property sales and rentals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule property visits.
  • Provide basic information to clients regarding available properties.

Property Showings & Assistance:

  • Show rental and sale properties to potential clients.
  • Provide basic details about the properties, including price, amenities, and location.
  • Coordinate with management for customer follow-ups and deal finalization.

Basic Computer & Office Work:

  • Use a computer for simple tasks like updating property lists, maintaining records, and sending emails.
  • Maintain customer details and follow-up lists in Excel or Word.
  • Print, scan, and organize documents as required.
