Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Tasks (within 7 km radius):
-
Deliver packages, documents, or materials to clients, suppliers, or other offices as instructed.

Ensure safe and timely delivery within the 7 km range from the office.

Maintain proper records of delivered items, receipts, and delivery timings.
-
Use appropriate modes of transport (bicycle, scooter, or foot, depending on company policy and distance).
2. Packing Materials:
-
Assist in packing products or materials neatly and securely for delivery or storage.
-
Label packages clearly and organize items according to instructions.
-
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the packing area.
-
Ensure all packed materials meet quality and safety standards.
3. General Office Assistance:
-
Run small errands such as buying office supplies, collecting items from nearby vendors, or handling cash payments (if assigned).

Assist with basic office upkeep including cleaning desks, serving water/tea to staff and guests, and keeping the reception area tidy.

Help with photocopying, scanning, or filing documents as needed.
-
Support administrative staff with miscellaneous tasks when requested.
4. Maintenance and Support:
-
Ensure timely refilling of pantry items and office supplies (stationery, paper, etc.).

Report any maintenance issues in the office, such as lighting or plumbing problems.

Handle small repair tasks if capable or coordinate with vendors when needed.
