Responsibilities:

· Keeping inventory of office supplies and ordering them when necessary.
. All house realted work.
· Serving tea/coffee and water to the staff and visitors.
· Running errands such as banking, post office, and other outside tasks as needed.
· Assisting in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
· Supporting the office staff in any other tasks as required.
· Keep the office premises clean and tidy.
· Takeout Print Out, Xerox, Filling
· Additional other duties given by Management
· Should know driving 

· Dealing with inquiries or needs from the visitors and workers.

· Coordinating the maintenance and repair of devices for the workplace.

· Assisting management personnel in wide variety of workplace responsibilities.
