Job Description
Acts as the first point of contact for all visitors, employees and maintenance. Greets visitors, answers the main phone, etc. Optimizes the appearance of office by maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of common areas.
Job Skills and Requirements:
Must have a positive attitude and be customer service minded.
Demonstrated ability to think ahead, plan in advance, be proactive.
Must be able to operate with limited direction and be a self-starter.
Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel.
