Client: Authorized HP Service Center
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator? Join our team at our HP Authorized Service Center as an Office Coordinator and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly!
What You’ll Do:-
Coordinate daily office activities and support the service team

Handle customer queries and manage service bookings

Maintain records, service logs, and reports

Communicate with HP for warranty and parts processing

Support the team with inventory, billing, and documentation tasks

Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Organized and able to multitask effectively

Experience in a service center environment is a plus
