• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Prepare and disseminate internal and external correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
• Proactively order and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including venue selection and logistics
• Manage and process expense reports and invoices

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
