- 24*7 mail checking/revert, sort and forwarding mail to admin.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keeping updated record, files and registers.
- Attending client visits and Audits in the organization.
- Preparation of payroll inputs as per attendance with respect to employees Extra hour duties.
- Leave arrangement for employees and keeping their leave record.
- Preparation of Daily situation report, weekly & monthly report.
- Reporting to management about employees AWL/OSL and closing them on their Arrival.
