Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive individual to work in a wholesale education printed books distribution agency located in the heart of the city. The responsibilities of the position include:

1. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the office.
2. Providing support to the billing staff.
3. Packing and delivering book orders.
4. Loading and unloading books in the vehicle from the first floor to the bay area, or vice versa.
5. Collecting dues from customers, clients, and parties on a daily basis.
6. Dispatching orders to customers, clients, and parties.
7. Updating inventory.
8. Creating invoices in the absence of the billing staff.
