About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
2. Manage inventory control processes, including tracking of hardware and software assets, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of office and project supplies.
4. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
5. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing files and documents.
6. Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting.
7. Coordinate logistics for team events, client meetings, and other company functions.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, and facility management.
9. Support HR tasks, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment efforts.

4. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and experience with inventory management systems.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
