Job Description

Cinestyle India is a growing wedding photography & cinematography company. We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Manager who can handle day-to-day company operations and coordinate smoothly with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and workflow
Handle client calls, WhatsApp messages & follow-ups
Maintain records, schedules, payments & basic documentation
Coordinate with photographers, editors & vendors
Assist in planning shoots, meetings & timelines
Handle basic emails and company communication
Support overall business management and growth activities

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Google Drive)
Well-organized, responsible & proactive nature
Ability to multitask and manage pressure during wedding seasons
Prior experience in office management or coordination is a plus (not mandatory)

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
