Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Office Runner to assist with daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our workplace. The Office Runner will be responsible for delivering equipment, maintaining office cleanliness, restocking supplies, running errands, and supporting staff with general tasks.
This is an essential support role for keeping office processes efficient and organized.
Key Responsibilities

Delivery Tasks:

Deliver laptops, desktops, and other materials to and from the service center or other branches.

Ensure safe and timely transportation of office items and documents.

Office Maintenance & Cleanliness:
-
Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including desks, pantry, and meeting rooms.

Assist in organizing workspaces and maintaining a tidy environment.

Office Supplies Management:
-
Monitor and restock essential office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, cleaning products, etc.

Coordinate with vendors or go to local stores to purchase items when required.

Basic Maintenance Support:

Assist in minor maintenance tasks such as moving equipment, checking lights or furniture condition, etc.

Report issues with office equipment or facilities to the admin team.

Staff Support:

Help staff with tasks such as photocopying, delivering items, or setting up meeting spaces.

Serve tea/coffee or refreshments when required.

Errands & Stock Purchasing:

Visit nearby suppliers or markets to purchase required stock for office or service-related needs.

Maintain records of purchases and submit bills to the accounts/admin team.

Requirements

Education:

Basic literacy or high school pass preferred.

Experience:

Experience in a similar office support or runner role preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.

Skills:

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Good knowledge of local areas for purchasing and deliveries.

Basic communication and organizational skills.

Trustworthy, responsible, and physically fit for manual tasks.

Two-wheeler and driving license (if required for delivery purposes).
