Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and proactive Office Sales Executive who can handle a variety of sales and coordination activities from our office. This role is a blend of telecalling, office administration, sales support, client engagement, and field coordination. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, well-spoken, and capable of managing multiple tasks related to property sales and rentals, both online and offline.
You will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining client relationships, arranging site visits, and supporting day-to-day office activities in a fast-paced real estate or service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Telecalling

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s property listings or services.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options.

Follow up on warm leads and convert inquiries into meetings or site visits.
2. Client Coordination & Meetings
-
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, or tenants regarding their property needs.
-
Arrange and confirm client meetings and property site visits.
-
Accompany clients for site visits if required and maintain visit logs.
3. Office & Sales Admin Support
-
Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients at the office.

Maintain basic records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM tools.

Support documentation work and filing related to sales or rental deals.
4. Lead Generation & Online Posting

Search for new properties for sale or rent in the local market.

Post and update property listings on real estate portals, social media, and WhatsApp groups.

Monitor online inquiries and respond to them promptly.
5. Market Research & Property Search
-
Look out for new developments, resale options, and rental listings in the area.

Network with brokers, agents, and property owners to expand the inventory.

Regularly update the property database with new listings.
6. Client Relationship Management

Maintain a polite and professional relationship with clients throughout the process.

Provide timely updates on available properties or service options.

Handle basic objections and escalate issues to the senior sales team if needed.
