Role Description
This is a full-time role for Office Sales Staff located in Mumbai(Mazgaon). The Office Sales Staff will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, supporting clients through the sales process, updating property listings, and coordinating with developers and property owners. The role also includes generating leads, conducting market research, and assisting in the preparation of sales documents and agreements.

Identify clients need
= Give suitable options
= Arrange inspection
= Follow ups, revisit
= Additional options if required
= Closure meeting, Paper work
= Maintain deal inventory
= Coordinate with brokers for inventory
= Insure rental adds are live on portals
= Market our direct inventory on brokers group, broadcast and in clients broadcast.
Qualifications
- Sales, negotiation, and client support skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in real estate sales is plus.
Note: Candidate staying nearby Mazgaon or within 20km will be given preference
