JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose of role
- To help customers with trouble free Demat account opening process.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow-up with clients about incomplete registrations / transactions
- Follow-up with prospective customers/dropped customers, explain the product and unique advantages and convince them to register and transact on our platform.
- Basic knowledge on Other financial products
- Inactive customer activation and register them on our platform
- Readdressing the queries received from clients over phone/email/chatting
- Interact with internal / external teams and should be an excellent team player.
- Achieve targets based on number of users registered / volume of business
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
- Should be able to speak fluent English and Hindi
- Knowledge on stock market investments in preferable but not compulsory.
- Should have good Oral and written communication, effective Communication & Convincing skills on Phone
- Should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel Functions
