Job Description
Responsible for the daytoday administration of the company office Managing all admin related work like office infrastructure uptime of office equipment and airconditioners stationary petty cashAdministrative functions like repairs maintenance looking after property tax procurement planning supervising of housekeeping staff plumbers security etc Responsible for maintenance of important Admin documents files and records in an organized manner Procurement and Admin Payment process management which includes day to day purchases of office requirements preparing PR purchase request in SAP obtaining PO generating GRN Coordinate with Finance team ensuring timely payments Organizing and cocoordinating employee engagement programs like events and festivals Inventory management; responsible for managing inventory of stationary pantry etc and maintaining record the same Responsible for supervising the housekeeping and security personnel Ensuring the good hygienic conditions and good housekeeping of the office premisesAny other responsibilities which may come as exigency from time to time.
