Job Description :

Excellent command on Excel – Reports for an exp: attrition report etc
Performance Appraisal details analysis
Experience in handling Team
Statutory compliance, Audit handful of experience
Planning and implementation of employee on-boarding/Documentation
Maintain all personnel files
Managing vendors and other stakeholders
Payroll management
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs, including insurance programs, Leaves, Attendance, and policies
Good in MS Office, MS Word, Excel
Should have handled Payroll, Leave & Attendance software and biometric software
Have a high energy level & ready to accept more workload if required
Should handle statutory compliance. (ESIC, PF, PT, etc,) also strong in Labour Laws
Should have good communication skills and should be proactive
Coordination and follow-ups works with the team and other departments. Working with Cross-Functional
Teams with (Functional Heads) on HR Operations
Org Structure, Performance Management
Ability to handle the internal and external Auditors
Review and maintain all HR related policies and procedures and consult legal team to ensure that policies comply with different states' laws
Experience in employee exit management

Experience: 3.5 - 5.5
