Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall selection process for meeting manpower needs from search and selection to on-boarding of employees.
- Developing a pool of internal and external talents.
- The selected candidate will have responsibility for managing people for both the companies
Basic Requirements:
- Graduates with minimum 60% marks in all standards (10th, 12th & Graduation). (Full time MBA / PGDHRM Preferred).
- Should have good English writing and speaking skills.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience of looking after recruitment functions in a recruitment agency of repute.
- Peoples Person, Team Player, Confident and Career Oriented.
