Officer (CSR) - GACL Education Society Job Opportuniy At Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited On Contract

Qualification: Masters Degree in Social Sciences or Social Work, MBA in Rural Management (Full Time) or equivalent from a reputed Institute / University.

Experience: The candidate should be able to assist in designing, proposing, monitoring and formulate strategy for CSR projects. (S)He should be able to assist in preparation of the budget, co-ordinate the Board meetings and with the various stakeholders including the Board members of the Society. (S)He should be able to Liaise with Government and local agencies for various permissions, grants and implementation of projects. Ensure smooth implementation of all projects through field visits and regular review meetings. Ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation and documentation of the projects. The incumbent should have hunger to develop expertise to conduct thorough due diligence of the project proposals received. (S)He may ensure appropriate fund flow and timely release of funds. Should have Fluency in Gujarati, English, and Hindi both verbal and written communication, good organizational skills and ability to do multi-tasking. Those having experience of working with the children with special needs may be preferred over others.
