Job Description
Under this Profile, Officer will be assigned & stationed in one or few hospitals to drive below actionable’s:
• Hospital Engagement: Engage with Hospital & its various departments to build and strengthen relationship for EMI offering, IPD Cashless transactions & OPD Cashless transactions.
• Customer Engagement: Offer Walkins customer of the Hospitals EMI financing or other curated products and offerings basis customer needs as well as clear customer query’s.
• Hospital Service & Driving Key Metrics: Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals query's & Regular reporting of Key metrics to the hospitals for driving business.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of financial products & services,
including interest rates/Insurance terms eligibility criteria etc.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
