Role of a business development executive is to support the organization sales & growth efforts by subscribing to new customer acquisition.
The fundamental role and responsibilities of a business Development executive include:
- build contact with electrical clients to create new business opportunities.
- Keep the prospective client databases updated
- In-depth knowledge of b2b and b2c filled sales
- Obtaining new client though direct contact, negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive valuations
- Generate revenue by counselling prospect and converting them to sales.
- Present product solution virtually.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offering of the company
- Willigness to be measures by weekly and monthly metrics.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customs submission of tenders etc.
Competencies and skills required:
1. The role of enter-level sales professionals and 5-2 years’ graduates
2. Must have interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Excellent presentation n networking and negotiation skills
5. Must be able to create good presentation
6. Must be details –oriented and active listener
7. Ability to work under pressure
