Organization: Jafrabad Cement Works
Job Description:
- Coordinating and organizing the internal and External Safety, Functional & Behavioral training programs for the Wage Board and O&S employees
- Organize and facilitate the various HR Related activities and Program
- Skill mapping training program for WB employees
- Vocational Training Program and new employee Induction process
- T&C committee data updating and organize meetings
- Training data updating and management for areas
- Updating of data and error free maintenance in ELM systems
- Implement and ensure ELM / Delivery and availability of data for all MIS / decisions
- Ensure effective implementation of all policies (Unit, Business and Group) and organizational practices like WCM, Quality systems, procedures including safety as applicable to assigned area
- Worked in Training and Development section / HR
Essential Skills: Computer Knowledge and skill, soft behavioral skill, Presentation skill, Inter personal skill
Preferable Skills:
- Proficiency in written and oral communication
- 6. HR Activities with knowledge in poornata moduels.
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. PGD in HR/Training
Minimum Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years
