Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Quality Assurance & Testing
✅ Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
✅ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
✅ Document and analyze test results for quality consistency.
2️⃣ Process & Compliance Monitoring
✅ Implement quality control procedures and protocols.
✅ Identify deviations and defects, suggesting corrective actions.
✅ Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other quality standards.
3️⃣ Documentation & Reporting
✅ Maintain accurate quality reports, audit findings, and testing records.
✅ Work closely with regulatory authorities for quality certifications.
✅ Assist in preparing SOPs, work instructions, and compliance documentation.
4️⃣ Continuous Improvement & Training
✅ Monitor trends in quality issues and suggest process improvements.
✅ Conduct training sessions for production teams on quality standards.
✅ Assist in root cause analysis & corrective action plans.
