Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Conduct routine safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and statutory safety requirements. Coordinate implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives. Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Confined Space, Height Work, Line Breaking, and Electrical Isolation. Conduct HIRA, JSA, and risk assessments for plant operations. Recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified hazards. Monitor closure of safety observations and audit findings. Participate in Management of Change (MOC) reviews.
