Job Description
Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring Offset Printing Helper and Screen Printer for our sticker and name plate manufacturing unit. The ideal candidates will assist in operating various machinery used in the production process and support multiple stages including printing, lamination, cutting, punching, inspection, and packaging. Candidates must be willing to work in a hands-on production environment and be capable of handling tasks related to both manual and machine-assisted operations.
Selection and salary will be finalized based on interview performance. Immediate joining is required
Key Responsibilities:
Offset Printing and Screen Printing:

Assist in setting up and operating offset printing machines and manual screen printing equipment.

Handle material alignment and ensure proper ink application, registration, and print quality.

Clean and prepare screens, plates, and printing surfaces.

Support the exposing process for screen printing frames (UV light and chemical exposure for screen preparation).
Machine Operations:

Operate and assist with:
-
Sheet cutting machine – feeding sheets, ensuring clean and accurate cuts.

Pneumatic die punching machine – setting dies, aligning sheets, and operating the machine safely.

Power press machine – ensure proper safety while handling press operations for punching/forming.

Lamination Process:
-
Apply film or protective coatings over printed sheets using manual or automatic lamination machines.

Ensure lamination is bubble-free and adheres smoothly.
Inspection and Quality Control:

Perform final inspection of stickers and name plates before packing.

Check for print clarity, cutting accuracy, alignment, and finishing.

Report any defects to the supervisor and reprocess if needed.
Packing and Dispatch:

Carefully pack finished products as per size, quantity, and customer requirements.

Label and organize items for dispatch to clients.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area.
Supportive Tasks:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Follow production timelines and targets as assigned by the supervisor.

Follow all safety procedures while working with machines and chemicals.
Skills and Requirements:

Basic knowledge of offset and screen printing processes.

Hands-on experience operating machines (cutting, punching, lamination, etc.).

Ability to do physical work, including standing for long hours and handling machinery.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and support in multiple production stages.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Eligibility Criteria:

Educational qualification: Minimum 10th pass preferred.

Prior experience in sticker/name plate printing will be an added advantage.

Freshers with technical aptitude and interest in machine operation may also be considered.

Must be physically fit and ready to work under factory conditions.

Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
