Job Description
OIL is looking for young, energetic and dedicated Indian citizens who are graduates in Law (LLB or equivalent) for recruitment as Executive Trainees through CLAT 2017 score.
Qualification: a. Full time Bachelor’s Degree in LLB or equivalent of minimum 03/05 years duration recognised by UGC/AICTE and Bar Council of India. b. Final year/semester students are also eligible to apply. However, they have to provide Bachelor’s Degree pass certificate at the time of interview, if shortlisted.
Percentage of marks: 60% Note: Percentage of marks would be the aggregate of all semesters irrespective of the norms / system being followed in the institute/university. Wherever CGPA/OGPA/DGPA or Letter Grade is awarded, its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University / Institute. Rounding off of percentage would not be allowed.
Executive Trainees will be paid a fixed stipend of Rs. 25000 pm.

Placement: The posting of the selected candidates can be in any of the operational areas/offices of OIL as per requirements of the company. The services are also transferable as per requirement of the company.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will have to appear for Common Law Admission Test 2017. Candidates will be short listed for the next stage of selection process on the basis of CLAT-2017 scores in order of merit. Candidates are required to qualify in CLAT-2017 and thereafter in the selection process comprising of Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI) separately. Please note that for the above recruitment, CLAT-2017 scores will only be valid.
