3. Job Description And Responsibilities:
Director (Exploration & Development) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to Chairman & Managing Director. He/She formulates exploratory policies and budgets and monitors progress of exploration and development programs of the Company.
4. Qualification: The applicant should be a post graduate in Geology/Geophysics or Graduate in Petroleum Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution
5. Experience: The applicant should have adequate experience at a senior level in a large organization of repute in petroleum sector. Applicants with experience in petroleum exploration will have added advantage
6. Duration Of Appointment: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Age Limit:
Internal: Minimum: 45. Maximum: 2 years of residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation. Others: Min: 45 yrs. Maximum: 3 years of residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation. Age of superannuation 60 years
