 Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Customer Service: Apply business and marketing strategies to optimize the choice of the customers.
2. Visual merchandising: Capitalize on the store for maximum sales while maintaining a balance between the choice and the correct requirement for the sport.
3. Strategy: Formulate monthly, quarterly, and yearly business strategies with your manager such that a holistic view of Decathlon's 'Move through sports' purpose is upheld. This specific plan should also target the market penetration as a brand, and include comprehensive competitor analysis.
