Job Opening: On-Field Business Development Executive
Location: Pan India

Role Overview: We are hiring On-Field Business Development Executive to visit automobile spare part stores, onboard them to our platform, and build strong relationships with store owners.

Key Responsibilities:
● Visit automobile spare part stores in your assigned area

● Pitch our services and onboard new retailers

● Build and maintain business relationships

● Meet daily/weekly onboarding targets

● Provide field insights to the internal team

Requirements:
● Freshers welcome

● Basic education and good communication skills

● Willing to travel and work on the field

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Good understanding of the automobile spare parts market.
Proficient in using smartphones and basic CRM or sales tracking software.

Physical Requirements: Comfortable traveling frequently and working on the field.

Working Conditions:

Mostly fieldwork with frequent visits to automobile spare part stores.
Flexible working hours may be needed, including occasional weekends or holidays.
Ability to travel within the assigned area independently.
