On-Site Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site-Level Sales:

Visit active construction sites, builder offices, real estate developers, and architectural firms to pitch tile and sanitaryware products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with site engineers, contractors, procurement heads, and project managers.

Understand ongoing project requirements and offer suitable product recommendations.

Coordinate with the backend sales support team for quotations, product samples, stock availability, and timely delivery.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:
-
Identify and approach new construction projects through market research, networking, and references.

Follow up with leads, update inquiry status, and convert them into confirmed orders.

Maintain a database of current and upcoming construction projects in the region.
3. Product Promotion & Demonstrations:
-
Educate customers about product features, designs, durability, and pricing.

Carry catalogs, physical samples, and digital presentations to sites for better customer engagement.

Promote latest product lines and seasonal offers to increase order volume.
4. Negotiation & Order Closure:
-
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.

Work closely with the finance and logistics team to ensure proper invoicing, payment collection, and product dispatch.

Ensure customer satisfaction post-delivery to encourage repeat business.
5. Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights.

Update CRM tools or sales trackers with visit details, customer interactions, and follow-up plans.

Share market trends, competitor activity, and pricing feedback with the management team.
