Job Description

  • Onboarding & Implementation Specialist
  • Location: Pune – Baner | Work Mode: WFO (5 Days)
    Shift: EMEA – 12 PM to 9 PM | Experience: 3–5 Years\
  • About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities
      • Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and implementations.
      • Gather requirements and configure the Conversive platform.
      • Handle Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations.
      • Support REST APIs, POCs, demos, and customer testing.
      • Conduct customer training, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
      • Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams.
      • Maintain project updates and implementation documentation.
  • Required Skills
      • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation or customer onboarding.
      • Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
      • Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, objects, and automation.
      • Basic understanding of REST APIs and integrations.
      • Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple implementations independently.
