We’re hiring Online Bidder / BDE (IT Sales) in Surat

Introduction

We are looking for a result-driven and enthusiastic Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, bidding on online portals, securing IT projects, and building client relationships. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, strong technical understanding, and experience in IT project bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, LinkedIn, and Clutch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Bidding & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients and bid for IT projects on platforms like:
    Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized pitches based on client requirements.

  • Follow up with clients after bidding and convert leads into successful deals.

  • Research market trends to identify potential business opportunities.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Interact with domestic and international clients via email, chat, and video calls.

  • Understand client needs, project scopes, and technical requirements.

  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

  • Provide regular project updates to clients and ensure 100% client satisfaction.

3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute business strategies.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to create project estimates and timelines.

  • Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients for higher revenue generation.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, bids, and client communications.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

  • Track performance metrics and analyze conversion rates for improvement.
