Job Description
- Vendor registration of various departments.
- Registration of vendor portal with DSC.
- Searching for a new tender for submission.
- Study of Pre-qualification criteria and preparation of a technical bid for the same.
- Preparation of schedules for plant, machinery and manpower deployment at the site.
- Study of NITs and complete tender documents before submission.
- Study of the financial bid and tender drawings.
- Costing & rate analysis for BOQ for submission of financial bid.
- Maintain track of submitted tenders and EMDs.
- Checking & follow-up with concerned departments till the allotment of tender.
- Preparation & follow-up with respective departments for Pre-work order formalities/documents like Security deposits, BGs, EMD, Agreements.
- Maintain Pretender and post tender documents and correspondences.
- Preparation of estimation of quantities, project costing, profit and overheads statement before the start of work.
- Planning, preparation & updating bar charts of work activities on a weekly basis or as per client’s requirements.
- Coordinating with the site team and higher authority for smooth execution of work.
- Maintaining a daily progress report of work.
- Preparation of client bill and labour bill on a monthly basis or as per requirements, also checking of bills received from a site.
- Reconciliation of materials on RA bill basis.
- Maintaining a record of billing & cashflow of all sites.
- Follow-up with the client for payment of RA bills.
- Updating company profile as per changes and project updates.
- Maintain original document file of company registration for tendering purposes.
- Maintain a list of architects, consultants, PSUs and government departments for business development.
