- Job description for Content Moderators/ Online Business Analyst (OBA):
- Research and update business information for a leading US based online review site
- Review business content and edits, approves, or rejects the information before online publishing (Through review of data on different websites/ sources ensuring information accuracy and reliability)
- Accept/ Reject businesses by applying logic to keep the client website updated
- Ensure all information for listed businesses is available on the website for end user
- Escalation of user content issues and questions, and relevant information to relevant/ correct people (Management, Clients)
