We are looking for passionate teachers to conduct the 1:1 Live coding classes for K12
students. The content, projects and curriculum are provided by Captain Coder (Formerly
known as Coding Ninjas) and you are expected to conduct the live classes for the students.
This role offers you to work from the comfort of your home with flexible working hours.
Skills Required :
1. Should be empathetic and passionate about teaching young students
2. Good communication skills and fluent in English (You would be required to teach kids
from different countries)
3. Neutral Accent, No Grammar errors
4. Good command on the academic content of K12 grades
5. Prior teaching experience is an advantage
*Applicants with no coding knowledge/ education are also encouraged to apply if they have
the willingness to learn
Responsibilities :
● Conduct the live online classes as per the given pedagogy and curriculum
● Make the class engaging, interactive and personalized as per the student learning
process
● Take demo classes of students who are interested in joining the course
Requisites :
- Should be available for the specific time slots to conduct the classes between 9 pm
to 9 am.
- Minimum Time period - 7 months
- Should have a working laptop with Webcam and Microphone
- Should have a High Internet Speed to conduct the online live class
- Minimum 20 hours per week / 3-4 hours per day availability
- Should have a good understanding of the academic content(Maths, Science) of the
grades taught by you for International students.
