- It’s an “Online Customer Support” role for one of India’s top E commerce B2B client process
- The job requires coordinating with clients for their business website creation requirement, taking business details online and organizing the same in pre designed templates
- The entire coordination with client will be on company’s ERP platform & through mails & phone, and so the candidates need to have a good knowledge of internet usage & good communication skills.
- It’s purely a back office support role and no sales call is involved.
- The candidate would be a part of a 50+ member team, based in Noida.
