Role Description The Online Instructor Intern will support the creation and delivery of engaging online lessons for college students, focusing on practical skills, placement preparation, and career readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson outlines, preparing learning materials and slide decks, recording or delivering video-based sessions, and responding to learner questions and feedback. The intern will collaborate with mentors and the content team to ensure that course material remains accurate, structured, and aligned with industry needs.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation and instructional skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage college students in an online learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear spoken English or Hindi, active listening, and the ability to respond constructively to questions and feedback.
- Comfort with basic technology tools used in online teaching, such as video conferencing platforms, screen recording tools, and learning management systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to plan lessons, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in one or more domains relevant to college students (e.g., technical skills, aptitude, soft skills, interview preparation).
- Recently completed a bachelor’s degree (B.Tech); prior teaching, mentoring, or tutoring experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Passion for education, student success, and building inclusive learning experiences for diverse learners.

Stipend: ₹6,000/month
