Job Description
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through India mart portal or advertisements.
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for products.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into database.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
- Places customer orders over the phone and closes sales transactions.
- Submits and follows up on price quotes.
- Ensures timely delivery, billing and payment of orders by coordinating with appropriate departments and vendors.
- Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective customers and generates leads for sales.
- Additionally, keeps informed of competitor pricing and product offers and communicates information to management.

- Language: Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi, and Local Language
- Education: Any Graduate (Preferred :- B.Sc/M.sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
- Health: Didn’t suffered any Major Disease
- Computer Literacy: MS Office, Internet and good Email Drafting knowledge is must.
