Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Online Marketing Executive to drive our product’s digital presence and generate leads among both dealers and end users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted online marketing campaigns with a dual-strategy approach, tailored separately for B2B (dealers/distributors) and B2C (retail customers). You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, engagement, inquiries, and ultimately conversions across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Audience Segmentation

Develop and implement a dual online marketing strategy for:

Dealers / Distributors (B2B)

End Users / Consumers (B2C)

Create audience personas for both segments to guide content tone, platform usage, and messaging style.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to adjust campaigns accordingly.
2. Content Development & Campaign Execution

Design and publish compelling content across digital channels, including:

Product videos, dealer onboarding materials, educational posts (for dealers)

Offers, reviews, feature highlights, and “how-to” content (for end users)

Write clear and persuasive ad copy, blog posts, landing pages, and email marketing content.

Work closely with the design team to ensure content is brand-consistent and optimized for conversions.
3. Performance Marketing

Run paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn:

Lead generation campaigns for dealers and B2B inquiries.

Conversion-driven campaigns for end users to boost product sales or app downloads.

Set up and monitor ad campaigns, budgets, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.

Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven decisions.
4. Website & SEO Management

Collaborate on maintaining and optimizing the company website for both dealer acquisition and user engagement.

Ensure landing pages are optimized for different audiences and campaign goals.

Perform keyword research and on-page SEO for better organic visibility.

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
5. Social Media Marketing

Manage the brand’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Plan a content calendar with tailored posts:

B2B-focused: dealer success stories, partner programs, bulk offers

B2C-focused: product highlights, user testimonials, limited-time discounts

Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community.
6. Email Marketing & CRM Integration

Segment email lists and run targeted email campaigns for:

Dealer onboarding, updates, and loyalty programs

7. Analytics & Reporting
