Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Online Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing efforts across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, affiliate marketing, and web analytics. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in marketing concepts, digital technologies, and industry trends, and will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, generating quality leads, and improving customer engagement online.
This is a results-driven role that requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning

Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify the right mix of online platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, etc.) based on target audience and campaign objectives.

Set KPIs and ROI metrics for each campaign and track performance throughout.
2. SEO & Content Marketing
-
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.

Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, website content, and metadata.
3. Paid Advertising (PPC/SEM)

Create and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

Optimize ad campaigns for conversions, CTR, CPC, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
4. Social Media Marketing

Develop and execute content and ad strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Threads.

Schedule regular posts, create engagement campaigns, and manage community responses.

Analyze social performance metrics and suggest content/targeting improvements.
5. Email & Automation Campaigns

Plan and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, SendGrid, or Klaviyo.

Design customer journeys with personalized automation flows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention.

Ensure list segmentation, A/B testing, open rate improvement, and compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
6. Web and Conversion Optimization

Monitor and improve website performance, UX, and conversion paths using heatmaps, analytics, and testing tools.

Work with designers and developers to implement changes that improve bounce rate, session time, and lead generation.

Create and optimize landing pages for specific campaigns.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting

Track and report all campaign metrics using Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, or HubSpot dashboards.

Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.

Present detailed reports to leadership highlighting performance trends, insights, and optimization suggestions.
8. E-commerce/Marketplace Marketing (if applicable)

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc..

Optimize product pages for search visibility and sales conversion.

Analyze sales data and customer reviews for improvements.
